Andrea Nichols is a coach and guide for women who are ready to stop asking if they are enough and start living like they already are.
For more than two decades, Andrea built a community and supported women through Pilates and strength training, helping them feel strong and connected in their bodies. Over time, she began to notice a deeper pattern: women of all ages were carrying invisible weight—impossible expectations, survival patterns, and a worth wound that told them they were never enough.
Andrea knows this wound because she has lived it. Raised in conservative purity culture and shaped by body shame, loss, divorce, and trauma, she spent years trying to prove her value through performance and perfection. It was not until grief and illness cracked her open that she began the work of healing and reclamation.
Today, she helps women shed the stories of not-enoughness, reclaim rest as rebellion, and root back into themselves. Her approach is part neuroscience, part nervous system regulation, part woo, and all rebellion, guiding women to finally step into the center of their own lives.
