This is the place where you peel off the labels - good girl, nice wife, selfless mother, team player - and step into your authentic self.
This is for the woman who’s ready to outgrow the patriarchy in every way it lives in her body, choices, and voice. A space where small talk ends and bold becoming begins - where you name your quiet dreams, claim your wants, and practice living like the woman you were never given permission to be.
This isn’t about learning more.
It’s about living what you already know -
Especially when the world pushes back.
Especially when the old patterns try to pull you back in.
Especially when it would be easier to be “nice” than real.
You don’t need more motivation.
You need a place to land.
A space to ride the highs and lows of real change,
to be celebrated, held, and lovingly challenged
while you stop performing and start integrating.
🖤 8 weeks | TBD
The earlier you say yes, the better the energy - and the pricing.
Lock in now - Limited Space
You’ve done the therapy.
Read the books.
Said all the right things in all the right rooms.
But when it comes down to it, you’re still:
Saying “yes” when your body is screaming “no”
Shrinking yourself to avoid being “too much”
Carrying the emotional weight of every room you walk into
Feeling guilty when you take up space - and resentful when you don’t
You don’t need more information.
You need a safe place to unravel.
This mini mind won’t teach you how to communicate your needs in a way that doesn’t upset anyone. It will give you space to honor your truth and your energy, even when it does upset someone.
You don't need more information. You need to right place to be able to grow.

Why I created this specific space
After 15+ years in fitness and wellness, I noticed a pattern. The women I worked with weren’t just tired — they were tired of pretending. Tired of shrinking their bodies, quieting their needs, and performing the “good girl” version of health. I’ve been there. In 2019, my body started to shut down. I was running a business, raising two small kids, trying to be the good mom, good daughter, good friend, good everything. I kept being told, “This is just what life looks like at this age.” But it wasn’t life — it was survival. And my body had had enough. Years of putting myself last, swallowing my voice, ignoring my needs — it caught up with me. I didn’t know how to advocate for myself. I didn’t know how to rest, say no, or set a boundary without guilt. I had to unlearn everything I thought made me a “good” woman in order to actually feel like a whole one.
That’s why I created The Good Girls Quitters Club. This is the space I wish I had back then. A space to stop performing and start reclaiming your body, your boundaries, your voice, and your life.
