Spring Equinox Soundbath

As the Ground Begins to Warm Again, Come Enter the Season of Reflection and Growth

If you slow down and pay attention, there is a moment just before everything fully blooms. The light stays a little longer, the ground begins to warm, and something quiet starts to awaken.

The spring equinox is that threshold. A meeting point between rest and renewal, where darkness and light hold equal space, and you get to choose what comes next.

We will be joined by Jenni Kustanovich-Hoza, who will lead us in a sound bath. This is where you’ll be invited to slow the noise, reconnect with your body, and listen for what is ready to rise.

This isn’t about becoming a new version of yourself or forcing transformation. It’s about returning to your own rhythm. Honoring where you’ve been, and gently opening to what wants to grow now.

Inside The Gathering

This is not a workshop, a performance, or a space to fix yourself.

It’s a circle of women gathering to slow down, soften, and reconnect with their own rhythm as the season shifts toward light.

The spring equinox marks a natural turning point. A moment of balance. A quiet invitation to come back into your body and notice what is ready to awaken without forcing, pushing, or performing growth.

Through sound, stillness, nervous system support, and gentle reflection, you’ll be invited to settle in and simply receive. No striving. Nothing to prove.

You can expect:

✨ a grounding ritual to honor the change of season and welcome renewal

✨ gentle movement and breath to help the body release tension and prepare to receive

✨ an immersive sound bath designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and create space for what wants to emerge

✨ spacious stillness and reflection to listen inward and reconnect with what feels true right now

✨ a closing integration with warm tea and quiet connection so you leave feeling clear, rooted, and supported

Come exactly as you are.
There is nothing to fix.
Only space to listen, soften, and return to yourself.

Why We Gather Now

Just a few months ago, the world was loud with New Year promises. Resolutions. Reinvention. Pressure to become a better version of yourself before you’d even had time to breathe.

But spring moves differently.

This season reminds us that growth isn’t something you force or perform. It happens when you slow down enough to notice what’s already stirring beneath the surface. When you stop trying to fix yourself and start paying attention to what you actually want to grow.

We gather now because hustle culture told you January was the moment to prove your worth. Because your nervous system is tired of chasing goals disconnected from your body. Because this in-between season, where light and dark meet in balance, offers something quieter and more honest.

You don’t need a new version of yourself.
You don’t need a list of resolutions.

You’re allowed to begin gently.
You’re already welcome here.

What is a Sound Bath

Sound and vibration bypass the thinking mind and speak directly to the nervous system. As you lie down, layered tones create rhythmic input that signals safety to the body. The breath slows. Muscles release. Brainwaves shift. The constant state of alert begins to soften.

You don’t force calm. Your body remembers it.

At the spring equinox, as the earth leans toward light and begins its quiet return to growth, you’re invited to lean with it. To align with the rhythm of the season instead of fighting your own. Growth that unfolds. Energy that rises. Awakening without force.

Meet Jenni

Jenni Kustanovich-Hoza, LMSW, LCSW-A, CYT, CPT is a relational, trauma-informed psychotherapist and experienced sound healer who believes our bodies are always communicating. We just don’t always slow down enough to listen.

Her work blends the wisdom of Ayurveda, astrology, crystals, intentional movement, and sound healing with modern neuroscience and trauma research. She creates experiences that support nervous system regulation, deeper reconnection, and the rebuilding of self-trust so you can move out of survival mode and into something steadier.

For our Spring Equinox Sound Bath, Jenni will hold a space rooted in balance and gentle emergence. Not forced growth. Not reinvention. Just sound and stillness that allow your body to exhale, recalibrate, and awaken in its own time as the season shifts toward light.
