Less hustle. Less survival mode. More you.
The Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year, a season of fullness, light, and expansion. But in a world constantly asking women to do more, push harder, and keep proving themselves, this evening is an invitation to pause.
Join us for a deeply restorative HypnoBreath session designed to help regulate the nervous system, release stress, and reconnect you with yourself beneath all the noise. Through guided breath patterns and meditation, you'll be gently led into a grounded, receptive state creating space for rest, clarity, emotional reset, and remembering what has always been there.
No experience necessary.
The Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year. A season often associated with energy, fullness, and doing more. But most women I know aren’t craving more. They’re craving space to exhale.
This is not a workshop, a performance, or another thing to be good at.
It’s a room full of women pressing pause for a minute in a world that constantly asks us to keep going..
During this experience, you'll be guided through HypnoBreath, a calming blend of intentional breath patterns and meditation designed to help your body relax and your mind slow down. You'll spend most of our time together resting comfortably while being guided through the experience. You can't do it wrong and you don't have to be good at mediation or being still to come.
You can expect:
✨ a calm, supportive environment
✨ visualization to help you feel safe and present in your body
✨ guided breathwork to help you relax and rest
✨ space to unwind, release tension, and gain clarity
✨ simple tools you can take with you
✨ tea and quiet connection afterward
No experience needed. You do not need to know what you're doing or be “good” at meditation.
Just show up.
The Summer Solstice brings us the longest day of the year. More light than any other day. Nature is full of rhythms and seasons, and this one offers a little reminder of its own if we’re paying attention.
The Summer Solstice reminds us that we can take up space. We can shine bright. We can unapologetically be who we are.
We are not a project to fix, a problem to solve, or another version of ourselves waiting to be earned.
Maybe what we need isn't another thing to improve, push through, or figure out. Maybe we just need enough space to quiet some of the noise. Enough space to hear ourselves again beneath the expectations, mental tabs, and constant pull to keep going.
Maybe we just need a little more room to stop shrinking and take up space exactly as we are.
HypnoBreath is a guided experience that blends intentional breath patterns, meditation, and nervous system support to help the body relax and the mind slow down.
Think less “stage hypnosis” and more creating enough space to quiet some of the mental tabs constantly running in the background.
During the session, you'll spend most of the experience resting comfortably while being gently guided through breathing patterns and meditation designed to help you settle into a deeply relaxed and receptive state.
No experience needed. No pressure to do it perfectly. You do not need to be good at meditation or know what you're doing.
Just show up exactly as you are.
