A Self-Assessment Questionnaire – When you purchase, you will receive a questionnaire that's been complied with questions to help me get to know you better and also hopefully allow you to spend some time self-reflecting as well. There are four short sections on lifestyle/stress, self-worth, boundaries, and joy/alignment so I can get a glimpse into who you are, what lights you up, and what stresses you the F out.
A 60 Minute 1:1 Call – Together we will also scheudle a time to talk after you filled out the questionnaire so that I can help you get out your own way and redefine your wellness with tangible actions steps you can take immediatly to start feeling better in your body and mind.
